Albion Wood Products was founded by joiners Nathan Russell and Jack Dymock to make durable, repairable outdoor timber products in Britain.
Why Albion exists
Products should remain in service.
Too many outdoor products are sold on the lowest initial price, with little thought given to what happens when they begin to wear.
Albion takes a longer view. We use suitable materials, detail products for outdoor use and, where practical, make individual components repairable or replaceable.
Keeping a sound product in service is usually more responsible than discarding it. It also avoids wasting timber, fittings, labour and transport on unnecessary replacement.
For Albion, sustainability is a practical matter. It means selecting timber sensibly, recording its stated origin, reducing avoidable waste, manufacturing in Britain and making products that can be maintained rather than discarded.
Albion’s long-term ambition is to become a respected British manufacturer of gates, furniture, signage and landscape structures for estates, parks, public spaces, organisations, contractors and private clients throughout the UK.

The experience behind Albion.
Nathan began as a joiner manufacturing outdoor timber products and progressed to Joinery Manager. His responsibilities included managing a joinery team of around ten people, production planning, workloads, quality control and delivery.
That experience covers the practical work behind a dependable product: selecting appropriate timber, setting out and machining components accurately, using suitable joints and fixings, planning production and checking work before dispatch.
Albion was founded to put that experience into a British manufacturing business that is straightforward to deal with and clear about what it is making.
Some product photographs show examples Nathan made during his prior professional experience. They demonstrate relevant manufacturing experience and are not presented as Albion contracts or case studies.
Co-founder & Joiner · Jack Dymock
Practical work, carefully done.
Jack brings around three years of practical joinery experience and continues to develop his skills through hands-on manufacture.
He works alongside Nathan on production, assembly and the development of Albion’s product range, with a focus on careful workshop practice and consistent construction.
As Albion grows, Jack will help support the manufacture of standard, adapted and made-to-order timber products.
