Services

Manufacture is only part of the job.

Good timber and sound construction matter, but so do accurate information, sensible choices and delivery or installation planned around the site.

Project services

The right level of support for the job.

A supply-only bench does not need the same process as a coordinated site package. We will keep things proportionate and set out what is included before work begins.

01

Initial project consultation

Tell us about the location, intended use, priorities, budget and any information you already have.

02

Site surveys

Measurements, access, levels, interfaces and site conditions can be reviewed where a survey is appropriate to the scope.

03

Design development & drawings

We can turn an initial idea or outline requirement into a buildable proposal. Technical or approval drawings can be included where the job needs them.

04

Specification & estimating

The quotation sets out the timber, components, construction, finish, responsibilities and exclusions so you can see exactly what is included.

05

Made-to-order manufacture

Products are manufactured to the approved drawings or specification, with checks at the appropriate stages.

06

Supply-only orders

For contractors, estates or customers arranging their own installation, products can be supplied with the component and care information included in the order.

07

Delivery

Delivery method, unloading responsibility, access and programme are considered before the order is confirmed.

08

Managed installation

Installation or installation coordination can be included, with scope and site responsibilities stated clearly.

09

Repairs & replacement parts

Send us photographs of the existing product and we can advise whether repair, replacement parts or a complete replacement is the sensible option.

10

Inspection & maintenance

Inspection, care and ongoing maintenance can be agreed for products that need planned attention over their service life.

11

Contractor & supply-chain enquiries

Albion welcomes tender enquiries, subcontract manufacture and discussions about repeat or package supply.

Planned maintenance & repair

Keep suitable timber products in service for longer.

Albion can arrange condition inspections, practical maintenance and replacement components for suitable gates, seating, signage, noticeboards and site furniture. Portfolio arrangements are available for estates and organisations responsible for several products or locations.
